HOLIDAY WITH AN ILLUMINATION ACTION OF THE WORLD-FAMOUS BUILDINGS WAS IN LONDON

When event-agency Ten Alps Events has decided to hold a holiday with an illumination action of world famous buildings in London, they asked the ETC Company for support.

The show began on December 2 with the projections on the Wellington Arch, and continued throughout the December.

THE CULMINATION OF THE PROJECT WAS A PROJECTION ON THE BUCKINGHAM PALACE.

Mr. Geldof worked on the project "Brightening Up London" in 1999 and finally found the perfect sponsor in the face of Orange Company, which understood that such action is beneficial impact on the own brand reputation.

The idea of the event was proposed by Mr. Bob Geldof and its Ten Alps Events Agency. They were intended to bring the magic, fun and the holiday anticipation into atmosphere of December’s London.

Within two years, Ten Alps Events Agency’s experts debated about thirty buildings, which could be used for the event, and after project approval they had to make a definitive list. It includes the Tate Modern Gallery, London National Gallery, Queen's House at Greenwich, the church of the St. Mary le Strand, Imperial War Museum, Royal National Theater, London Authority Building on Trinity Square and the Royal Exchange.

"WE WERE HAPPY FOR PERMISSION TO USE BUCKINGHAM PALACE FOR SHOW- SAYS MR. GELDOF. – ILLUMINATION ACTION OF THIS PARTICULAR BUILDING WAS THE PERFECT COMPLETION OF THE HOLIDAY”
